Total Computer Technology has been operating for over 29 years and is considered a leader in providing managed services.

We have 5 offices in Sydney, Melbourne and regional VIC. Our clients are located throughout Australia and Recent Zealand, across all major industries. We are currently looking for a Level 2 / Level 3 Support and Project Engineer to join our team remotely.

There will be some occasional onsite work in Brisbane

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing advanced Level 2 + 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues.
Managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Project work – implementing Microsoft 365, Server & Network Infrastructure
Acting as a technical escalation point and mentoring junior team members.
Helping to enhance our customers' overall IT experience by providing excellent,



timely customer service

What We’re Looking For:
3 years of proven Level 2 + 3 IT support experience within an MSP environment.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MFA, Intune, and related technologies.
Windows Stack – Implementing and administering server operating systems, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues autonomously.
Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to Take 100% ownership of everything you do and ensure its accurate and timely completion.
Report writing and documentation skills
A genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Driver’s license is required.
