Director, Real Estate Corporate Finance | Sydney

Roundtree Search is partnering with a leading global real estate firm to appoint a Director to its Real Estate Corporate Finance team. This is a senior role in a market-leading business, reporting to the team's leadership. You'll advise institutional, private and offshore clients on corporate finance solutions across real estate, including capital raisings, joint ventures, recapitalisations, mergers and platform transactions.

What you'll do
Originate and execute corporate finance mandates across real estate sectors, including capital raisings, JVs, recapitalisations and M&A;
Build and manage relationships with domestic and offshore institutional investors, fund managers and owners
Lead transactions end to end,



from structuring and investor materials through to negotiation and close
Shape pitches and advisory strategy alongside senior leadership
Mentor and develop junior team members

What you'll bring
Solid experience in real estate corporate finance, investment banking, capital raising or advisory
An established network across institutional and private capital, including offshore investors
Deep financial modelling and structuring skills, with a robust commercial edge
A proven ability to win and run mandates
Excellent communication and senior stakeholder skills
