About the role

As our Pasta Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality pasta dishes while maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, consistency and food safety.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of fresh pasta dishes, sauces and accompaniments.
Demonstrate expertise in traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques.
Maintain consistency in food quality, flavour and presentation.
Assist with menu development, seasonal specials and creative pasta offerings.
Ensure effective stock rotation, portion control and minimisation of food waste.
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Perform efficiently during busy service periods.

About you
Previous experience as a Pasta Chef, Chef de Partie or similar culinary role.
Robust knowledge of fresh pasta preparation and Italian cuisine.
Experience preparing pasta dough, fillings and sauces from scratch.




Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality food.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
A positive attitude, robust teamwork skills and willingness to contribute to a great kitchen culture.
Relevant culinary qualifications (desirable).
