We're looking for one of the most key members of our team: the person who greets every patient and sets the energy of the practice.

About the role

You'll be the concierge of our clinic. You'll create a warm, welcoming reception area, look after an awesome team of chiropractors, and help patients from the moment they walk in. Day to day you'll:
Greet patients and make every visit feel personal
Book, reschedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and enquiries
Take payments and record transactions
Support patient care and the smooth running of the practice

About you
A people person: outgoing, energetic and on the extroverted side
Super organised, a strong communicator and able to multitask
Quick learner with positive computer skills (Microsoft Office/Windows an advantage)
High standard of personal presentation




Shares our values around health and natural, holistic care
Customer service experience required; healthcare or hospitality a bonus

Experience in a similar setting is preferred, but the right fit for our team matters most. Weekly training is provided, so come ready to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

The details
Part time, 25–30 hours per week
$31–$36 per hour, depending on experience
Shifts are spread across Monday to Saturday (mornings and afternoons)
Location: St Albans, Melbourne's west
