About the role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping busy. The position combines office administration with warehouse and dispatch duties, so you'll need to be comfortable working both at a desk and on your feet. Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Key responsibilities
Processing customer orders
Entering repairs into our system
Managing our eBay store and online orders
Packing and boxing parts ready for dispatch
Organising shipments with couriers
Keeping orders organised and ensuring everything goes out on time
Assisting with general office and day-to-day business operations

About you
A reliable person with a robust work ethic and a can-do attitude
Someone practical who enjoys hands-on work
Valuable computer skills and attention to detail




Someone organised who can manage different tasks throughout the day
Physically capable of safely handling and packing heavier parts
A team player who is also happy to work independently
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential
