About the role

Libran IT is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer for a major digital transformation program within a NSW Government Justice agency. The program is delivering a Digital Case File for Courts and Tribunals, starting with end-to-end digitisation of the Supreme Court (Civil) jurisdiction. You will design complex forms and workspaces that integrate with several inter-agency systems.

What you will do
Lead user research and iterate personas and customer journeys
Design accessible and responsive interfaces for forms and case workspaces
Own UX/UI from discovery through to delivery within a Human-Centred Design framework
Run workshops with Service Designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and subject matter experts
Work with the Solution Architect on the technical solution design
Support usability, accessibility and user acceptance testing




Maintain design documentation and present at internal showcases

What you bring
5+ years delivering UX/UI solutions
Advanced Figma skills
Jira and Confluence experience in agile or lean teams
Proven accessibility practice (WCAG)
Experience designing complex forms or data-heavy applications
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Understanding of analytics, personas and data-driven design

Desirable
HTML5, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
Government, legal or case management experience

Arrangement
Parramatta CBD with some travel to court locations across Greater Sydney
Hybrid: regular office attendance required
Day rate: competitive and based on experience
