About the role

Serve as the primary onsite AV support for a major corporate customer in the financial services sector. You will provide real-time troubleshooting, proactive issue resolution, and ensure seamless meeting experiences for users.

Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary onsite AV support for the major corporate customer
Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution
Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance
Assist users with AV system operations, ensuring seamless meeting experiences
Look after installation and service of Crestron, Cisco, Shure, Tesira hardware
Manage Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco platforms

About you
5+ years in an AV support role onsite at enterprise clients




Experience in a technical support role providing external clients technical advice
Experience with installation and service of Crestron, Cisco, Shure, Tesira hardware
Experience managing Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco platforms
Able to commute into the CBD
Positive proactive attitude
