These projects demand exceptional design quality, technical capability and confidence working within complex project settings.

About the role
With a solid pipeline on the horizon, we are recruiting a Junior to Mid Level Interior Designer based on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional and comfortable engaging with clients, while contributing across all phases of a project. We're looking for a true all rounder who can balance design thinking with delivery, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of luxury projects
Work across multiple project stages, including design development, documentation,



and client presentations
Engage confidently with clients and consultants, articulating design intent and project outcomes
Collaborate closely with senior designers and leadership to meet project timelines and quality standards

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Well presented, strong communication and client-facing approach
Post Graduate candidates are welcome to apply
Experience working on high-end hotel projects
Rhino skills - must have
Solid career ambition
