Role Description
Pines Learning is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Trainer to deliver our Cleaning Essentials course to adult learners on Saturdays from 9.30am to 3.30pm at our Doncaster East campus.
We are looking for someone available to commence as soon as possible.
The course introduces participants to essential cleaning techniques, equipment, workplace safety and industry practices, helping them develop skills for employment in the cleaning industry.
Training topics include:
Planning and carrying out basic cleaning activities
Cleaning and maintaining wet areas and various surfaces
Using and maintaining cleaning equipment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Sorting, removing and recycling waste materials
Understanding training and employment pathways in the cleaning industry
The successful applicant will create a supportive learning setting, demonstrate practical cleaning techniques and help participants develop confidence and job-ready skills.
Experience and Skills
Experience in commercial cleaning or a related field
Valuable communication skills and a willingness to share your knowledge
Training or teaching experience is welcome but not essential
Location: Doncaster East, Melbourne, Victoria
Hours: Saturdays, 9.30am–3.30pm
