Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + super

The Opportunity
You will work in a well-equipped practice with a loyal client base and strong support staff. The role offers a rewarding mix of medicine and surgery, with scope to influence clinical standards and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing consultations and treatment plans
• Performing a range of surgical procedures
• Supporting and mentoring junior vets
• Assisting with case reviews and clinical strategy
• Delivering exceptional patient and client care

About You
• BVSc (or equivalent) with Victorian registration
• Minimum 4 years’ small animal experience
• Confident in both medicine and surgery
• Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
