As the first point of contact for ProWay, you'll play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly. Working from our Wagga Wagga office, you'll support our team through reception, timesheet processing, customer service, and general administrative duties. You'll be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, welcoming visitors, assisting employees and customers, and providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.

About you
Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience
Qualified and friendly phone manner
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive computer literacy,
including Microsoft
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
