Working closely with the Director, the Office and Job Management Officer will be responsible for supporting the work of the business by performing general business functions, job and customer management processes, purchasing and client support. You will assist in administrative tasks for the management of documentation and submission of applications for regulatory approvals and submissions required.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a professional office workplace
Gain an understanding of Solar Power, Energy Storage and EV charging products
Purchase materials for solar installations
Maintain pricing data and work process documents
Invoice, bill creation and reconciliation
Submit regulatory and rebate applications
Understand and manage process of job flows and scheduling
Manage Client Documentation
Become proficient in use of Xero and ServiceM8 software
About you
Strong computing skills, specifically Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to identify problems and initiate improvement
Ability to complete a task to meet deadlines whilst ensuring it is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English
Personable and fosters a social and collaborative team setting
