This is a outstanding opportunity for an Identity Platform Engineer to join a major organisation as it brings the management of its identity platforms in-house.

You will join an eight-month replatforming project, working closely with an experienced Identity Platform Manager who will lead the overall delivery. It is an excellent chance to gain hands-on exposure to a significant identity transformation while learning from a senior specialist.

Following the replatforming, your focus will shift to onboarding applications onto the current environment and helping the organisation internally manage, maintain and improve its identity platforms, reducing its reliance on external vendors.

What you’ll be working on
Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Suite and BeyondTrust
Assisting with application onboarding and identity platform integrations
Working across user lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, privileged access and identity governance
Supporting automated and request-based provisioning
Improving platform reliability, security, automation and operational efficiency
Collaborating with security, infrastructure, cloud and digital workplace teams




Supporting compliance with security frameworks and requirements, including NIST and CPS 234

What you’ll bring
3 to 5 years’ experience in IT or security engineering, with a focus on Identity and Access Management
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID
Exposure to Entra Suite, IGA solutions or BeyondTrust
Experience with SSO, MFA, Zero Trust and identity lifecycle management
Knowledge of authentication standards such as SAML, OIDC and JWT
PowerShell or other scripting experience would be advantageous
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
