Dealing with Ultra high net worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had one to three plus years’ experience in stockbroking / Financial Planning / client service or are currently a Client Service Manager / Associate / Advisor assistant looking for a recent opportunity.

Supporting 4 Senior UHNW advisors, this is a mature and very busy desk. This role has a positive mix of administration, on-boarding, transitions, and client service-related duties, will be involved in corporate deals, client meetings, operational functions, training and support will be provided. This is a high performing desk and are keen to partner with client centric and driven candidates.
Degree Qualified: Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business essential
Exceptional client service focus
Strong administration skills and attention to detail




Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Display a high level of resilience and robust ability to prioritise tasks
Strong decision-making ability
Goal-oriented with demonstrated drive and initiative
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of domestic and international markets, managed funds and other financial products is desirable
Solid reporting experience.
Experience within wealth management, financial planning or skilled services.
