Inlex is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Administrator based in Darwin NT to support a major long-term onshore and offshore projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination capabilities and hands-on experience using SAP or equivalent project/asset management systems.

About the Role

As the Project Administrator, you will play an key role in supporting the effective delivery of a long-term maintenance and operations projects. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating project documentation, schedules, and logistics
Maintaining accurate data and workflows in SAP, IFS or similar systems
Working closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution
Providing general administrative support to Project Managers and project leadership
Working closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide general office administration and day-to-day operational support.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records, registers and databases.
Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals and tender documentation.
Collect, review and process employee timesheets and project labour records.




Support purchasing and procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier enquiries and delivery tracking.
Assist with invoicing, cost tracking and preparation of supporting documentation.
Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, site inductions and mobilisation requirements.
Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring:
Demonstrated experience in project administration, ideally within resources, oil & gas, or offshore projects
Robust competency with SAP, IFS, Pronto, Oracle, or equivalent tools
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Confident communication skills and a team-focused mindset
High level of professionalism and reliability
Must be based in Darwin NT
