Get hands-on this vintage. Join one of Coonawarra’s largest wineries, working with everything from small-batch premium wines to large-scale production.

We’re seeking motivated, reliable casual cellar hands for the 2027 vintage. Experienced applicants and newcomers welcome – training provided.

Duties involve
Grape receival, crushing and pressing
Fermentation monitoring and pump-overs
Wine transfers, additions, filtration and barrel work
Tank cleaning and general cellar duties

Vintage typically runs February to May, with a possible January start and possible longer-term employment. You will need flexibility for overtime, weekend work and possible shift work.
A solid work ethic and positive attitude
A focus on safety and attention to detail




Willingness to tackle physical work and work in a team
A current driver’s licence
Applicant will need to arrange own reliable transport and accommodation
Previous winery experience, a forklift licence and confined space training are an advantage but not essential
Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residence or a valid existing Australian work visa.
