Every position in the pod depends on the other five.

Your position: the pod's builder. Nothing counts until you ship it.

What you will deliver

• AI agents and workflows built inside the organisation's own systems, not in a lab.

• Retrieval, tool calling, evaluation and monitoring, done properly.

• Working sessions with the people who will use what you build, so it fits how they actually work.

• A clean hand-over to an internal owner who can run it after you.





What you bring

• You have personally written production Python or TypeScript for an LLM or agent system that is live inside a medium or large organisation.

• You have worked inside someone else's setting, data and constraints, and still shipped.

• The judgement to say when AI is the wrong answer.
