Field Service Technician | Healthcare Equipment

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join a growing, people-first organization and play a vital role in supporting healthcare facilities across QLD.

In this role, you will be the go-to specialist for in office service calls, technical interventions, and customer support. You will ensure that advanced medical technology operates with total reliability and safety, delivering an exceptional experience that reflects a deep commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specialized medical equipment directly at customer sites.
Preventive Care: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and comprehensive system checks.
Technical Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures using technical documentation and schematics.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete service reports accurately and on time while ensuring all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.
Inventory Management: Manage service inventory,



tools, and replacement parts efficiently to support daily operations.
Field Support: Be based independently from a home, travelling to healthcare customers and hospitals across QLD.

What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 3 years of field service experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare equipment sector but others considered.
Technical Expertise: Solid troubleshooting capabilities across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, with the ability to read schematics.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding support.
Independence: Highly self-motivated with the autonomy to manage a mobile workload effectively.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel as required.
