The Role
Advise on complex technology projects, outsourcing arrangements and technology-driven commercial transactions for public and private sector clients.
Work across a broad range of related matters, including intellectual property, privacy, artificial intelligence and emerging technology regulation.
Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements while supporting clients through transformational business and technology initiatives.

About You




You will ideally have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice, together with strong academics and exceptional drafting skills.
You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong commercial judgment and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical advice.
You are a collaborative and intellectually curious lawyer with an interest in technology, innovation, AI and emerging legal and regulatory issues.
