Galileo Search is building AI delivery pods for medium to large Australian organisations. Each pod is six specialists working full time as one team inside the business: integrating AI into the systems people already use, mapping new ways of working division by division, and making AI the first way the work gets done. Every position in the pod depends on the other five.

Your position: the pod's defence. You let the team move rapid without letting anything through that should not get through.

What you will deliver

• An inventory of the AI in use, including tools nobody approved, with risk tiers.

• An approval path, with a quick lane for low-risk use.

• Controls and security designed in: threat models for agents and LLM applications, prompt-injection and data-leakage testing, and tight permissions on what agents can reach.

• Mapping to the frameworks the organisation answers to, such as APRA CPS 230 and 234, privacy and automated decisions,



ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF.

• Explicit advice to the organisation's risk and security leaders, who make the final call.

What you bring

• AI governance, cyber governance, risk and compliance, or security architecture in a medium or large organisation.

• Hands-on work governing or securing an AI system that went into production.

• The ability to explain a risk to an engineer and to a risk committee.

• Backgrounds that fit: cyber GRC moving from ISO 27001 to ISO 42001, security architecture, technology risk.
