About Us Our client is seeking an energetic, reliable and detail-focused Internal Sales & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their established manufacturing business in Newcastle.

This is a casual position offering ongoing full-time hours and an immediate start.

It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys accounts processing, accurate data entry and working as part of a close-knit office team.

Responsibilities

Entering and processing sales orders

Generating customer invoices

Processing incoming receipts

Following up and collecting outstanding payments

Completing general administration and data-entry duties

Providing backup reception coverage during busy periods, lunch breaks and leave

Your Profile





Previous experience in accounts processing or accounts receivable

Experience using an accounting software system

Solid attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills

Confidence working independently once training has been completed

Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small office team

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

A basic understanding of GST

From $37 per hour, depending on experience

Casual employment with ongoing full-time hours
