Each pod is six specialists working full time as one team inside the business: integrating AI into the systems people already use, mapping recent ways of working division by division, and making AI the first way the work gets done. Every position in the pod depends on the other five.

Your position: the pod's supply line. Every use case runs on the data you deliver.

What you will deliver

• The pipelines and orchestration behind each AI workflow.

• Data prepared for retrieval with access controls intact, so people only see what they are allowed to see.

• Integration with CRM, ERP and service management systems.

• Data quality and lineage the governance lead can stand behind.





What you bring

• Senior data engineering on Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or native AWS or Azure services.

• Orchestration running in production.

• At least one AI or retrieval system in production, inside a medium or large organisation, that ran on data you built.
