Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr Location Newcastle, Recent South Wales, Australia Our client is a respected financial advice firm with a substantial fee‑for‑service client base, specialising in retirement, superannuation and strategic advice. They are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support 2 advisers with strategy development and documentation, particularly for retirement and recontribution strategies.

About the Role
You will work closely with advisers to support high‑quality advice delivery, including:
Fact find conditioning and strategy support
Preparation of Statements of Advice (SoAs and RoAs)
Supporting retirement planning, pension and recontribution strategies
Working within established advice frameworks and processes
Liaising with advisers to ensure accuracy and quality of advice documents About You




3‑5+ years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an Australian advice firm
Strong understanding of retirement strategies, superannuation and pensions
High attention to detail and robust written communication skills
Comfortable working closely with advisers in an office‑based environment
Experience with Midwinter highly regarded What’s on Offer
