EasyAsset in Sydney is seeking a curious, hands-on researcher to own our ongoing customer discovery program. You will talk with buyers and suppliers by phone to uncover frustrations, unmet needs and prospects that can shape what we build next.
Reporting to the product team and CEO, you’ll turn conversations into actionable insights, influence the product roadmap, and help validate new ideas on a versatile, part time hybrid basis.
