THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a well-known name within the qualified services sector, and they’re looking for an HR Officer to join their HR team. It’s a outstanding step for someone who enjoys systems, analytics and process, and who is hungry to learn and grow.

You’ll work with data every day: HR reporting, data accuracy and compliance, plus onboarding and HR systems. You’ll also get involved in HR projects that improve and automate how things get done, so your work has a visible impact on the way the team operates. Staff and managers will come to you with everyday people questions, with support from the wider team.

SUITED TO

Someone with a solid HR or HR analytics background who is analytical, organised and ready to take on more.
3 to 6 years of experience in HR, HR operations or HR analytics




Solid attention to detail and advanced Excel skills, with confidence turning data into explicit reporting
Experience with HR systems, and a track record of improving or automating processes
Working knowledge of HR compliance and data accuracy
Someone outcomes focused who can work autonomously
A hunger to keep learning and moving up in HR
