What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a cafe, restaurant, or similar fast‑paced kitchen workplace A team player with a positive attitude, robust communication skills, and pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality meals Looking for 30–35 hours per week and available to start immediately or by negotiation Highly organised, reliable,



and able to maintain quality and presentation during busy service periods Confident preparing and cooking menu items, following food safety standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and well organised Available on a 7-day rotational roster, including weekdays and weekends, with no night shifts Gelato churning experience, or willingness to undertake onsite training as a churner Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred, but not essential.
