Contract: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Location: Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our subscription billing and revenue management platform. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Zuora Billing, subscription business models and recurring revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, roadmap and prioritization of platform enhancements.
Manage subscription lifecycle, product catalogues, pricing and packaging.
Drive improvements across invoicing, payments, collections and dunning processes.
Support revenue recognition, financial reporting and reconciliation requirements.
Manage integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP and Oracle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into product features and deliver solutions.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with Zuora Billing.
Solid understanding of subscription management and recurring billing processes.
Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of billing integrations and financial operations.
