About the Position Currently, an opportunity exists for an experienced Building Administrator to join the team, managing a portfolio of clients, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Following up brokers and developers

Checking of documentation and variations

Working with internal drafting and estimating teams

Providing exceptional customer service





Reporting back to the Operations Manager

Skills and Experience

1 year minimum experience in a similar role

Volume builder industry experience preferred

Experience in property or construction related field preferred

A passion for providing an amazing customer experience

Solid organisation and administration skills

Capable of multitasking and working in a rapid paced environment
