and desserts to the highest standards Maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen and adhering to health and safety procedures Developing relationships with residents and their families, providing companionship at mealtimes,and seeking feedback on menu improvements Working with a friendly team ofCooks, Kitchen Hands and Food Service Assistants About you We are looking for an experienced Chef with the following qualities and

skills:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in a similar role within Aged Care or a commercial kitchen would be advantageous Knowledge of special dietary requirements and modified meals would be beneficial.
