• Construction set-out for a premium high-rise development.
• Structural, gridline and verticality control.
• Floor-by-floor set-out and as-built surveys.
• Establishment and maintenance of survey control.
• Working closely with senior surveyor, site management, engineers and subcontractors to keep the project moving.
• Delivering accurate, reliable survey work to a high standard. What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as an Engineering Surveyor on commercial or high-rise construction projects.
• Robust understanding of construction set-out, survey control and building tolerances.
• Competence with Leica surveying equipment and relevant survey software.
• A proactive attitude,



solid communication skills and the ability to work independently.
