Independent Lives in Horsham is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant to support an adult daughter with learning difficulties and blindness who uses a PEG tube. The role focuses on daily living, mobility support, and secure, person-centred care.

You will accompany her at a day centre and in the community, helping with personal care, feeding routines, Braille practice, and engaging in social activities. A proactive, patient, and discreet individual with a driving license is preferred.
