About You Be Recruitment is currently seeking a Disability Services Manager to lead multiple SIL services across Sydney with an established NDIS provider experiencing significant growth. This is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on developing frontline teams, strengthening service quality and driving sustainable growth.

You'll be a people-focused operational leader who understands the realities of running high-quality NDIS services.

You'll bring:

Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Human Services, Management, or substantial equivalent industry experience.

Leadership experience within NDIS, disability services and Supported Independent Living (SIL).

Experience overseeing multiple services, programs, sites or operational portfolios.

Solid knowledge of the NDIS, participant funding and NDIS Practice Standards.

Sound understanding of compliance, safeguarding, incident management and restrictive practices.

Experience managing workforce requirements, including rostering and staffing.

A genuine passion for coaching,



mentoring and developing frontline teams.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Commercial awareness, including an understanding of service budgets, funding and operational sustainability.

Confidence contributing to service growth and developing relationships across the sector.
