Experience:
Required Requisites: Role 1: Supply Chain / Finance & Operations
• D365 Finance & Operations experience.
• Expertise across Supply Chain and relevant Finance capabilities.
• Understanding of procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and/or finance.
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into D365 solutions.
• Develop functional designs, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Identify optimisation, automation and standardisation prospects.
• Work with architects, developers and integration teams.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Stakeholder, communication, business and problem-solving skills.
• Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Solution Consultant experience.




• Mentor and coach internal teams. Role 2: Sales
• D365 Sales / CRM experience.
• Understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops.
• Translate requirements into D365 solutions.
• Develop functional designs, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
• Work with architects, developers and integration teams.
• Support configuration, testing, defect management and deployment.
• Stakeholder, communication, business and problem-solving skills.
• Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Solution Consultant experience.
