Casual School Bus Supervisors , supporting students with specialist needs and/or intellectual disabilities to travel safely to and from school.

More than supervision, this role is about

connection, reassurance and care . You'll be a trusted and familiar face, helping students feel safe, supported and valued every day.

About the Role Casual, on‑call work during

school terms only Morning and afternoon school runs

(split shifts, Monday to Friday) Supporting students on Students with Disability (SWD) routes Working closely with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators Ensuring protected, respectful pick‑up and drop‑off of each student Being part of a team that puts

care and dignity first

Who We’re Looking For You don’t need previous experience — what matters most is

This role is ideal for people who are:

Kind, patient, and empathetic Naturally caring and community‑minded Comfortable working with children with additional needs Reliable and able to build positive relationships You will need to be resilient and have the ability to think clearly under pressure. This role can involve high-stress situations where students’ safety and wellbeing are a priority

You’ll need an active:

Working with Children Check (Employee) First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
