Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 SPA Nurse to coordinate referrals and triage within the Single Point of Assessment hub. The role emphasizes telephone-based triage, prioritization, and collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists to enable timely assessments.

The SPA clinician will be based in the office with limited direct face-to-face contact, primarily communicating with patients by telephone.
