Position: Mechanical & CAD Engineers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities
Complete and narrate real mechanical design and CAD tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
Evaluate and improve AI model performance through structured engineering workflows.
Provide explicit explanations of engineering decisions to enhance model reasoning.




Work independently with adaptable schedule to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate asynchronously to support AI research objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have
2–3 years of experience or currently pursuing a Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in Mac-compatible CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Onshape, Shapr3D, or FreeCAD.
Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
Familiarity with GD&T; and engineering drawings.
