Wolf & Williams is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its Sydney team, focusing on Project & Structured Finance. The role involves working on infrastructure and energy financings for lenders, borrowers and sponsors.

You will engage in structuring, negotiations and financial close, with direct Partner involvement and mentorship.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in Banking & Finance and a genuine interest in infrastructure and energy transactions.
