Australian Venue Co. is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead one of Townsville's iconic live music and entertainment venues. You will oversee day-to-day operations across food, beverage, entertainment and gaming, building a robust team culture and delivering high service standards.

You will drive commercial growth, manage P&L;, and coordinate events with local artists and partners, while ensuring licensing, safety and compliance across the venue.
