KODA is seeking a culturally connected General Manager, creatively driven and operationally robust leader to oversee the next evolution of our salons and guest experience.

This is not a traditional salon management role.

This is an chance to help shape one of Australia’s most progressive salon and lifestyle brands as we continue to expand our influence across fashion, wellness, music, hospitality and culture.

Working closely with Creative Director Diane Gorgievski, the General manager role will oversee operations across both KODA salons while leading the execution of brand partnerships, elevated guest experiences, events, activations and future facing initiatives.

The ideal candidate understands premium service, up-to-date luxury and cultural relevance - someone who can combine operational leadership with energy, ideas, hospitality instinct and world-class execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee operations across both KODA salon locations





Elevate and continuously refine the guest experience

Execute brand collaborations and partnerships

Lead cultural programming activations and events

Coordinate Fashion Week and editorial support initiatives

Develop hospitality and wellness driven service concepts

Support team culture, recruitment and performance

Manage guest communication and retention strategy

Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and brand expansion

Work closely with leadership on the future direction of KODA

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
