Reo Group in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to own the sales function and drive growth. You will translate business objectives into a transparent sales strategy, lead the team and manage pipeline, forecast and CRM with accountability.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior stakeholders to align sales with delivery capability and broader business objectives, building a high-performance culture.
