Employment Hero is seeking a founding Product Owner to lead the Hero Foundation Squad in ANZ. You will drive platform customisation across candidate acquisition, onboarding and employer engagement, translating vision into a transparent backlog and outcomes-driven deliverables.

You'll partner with design, engineering, and legal/security teams, optimise funnels, and shape the strategy with executives. This role requires autonomy, robust communication, and a bias for action in a rapidly evolving
