What You'll Do:

As a Senior Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive bids. Your expertise will influence project planning and ensure our bids reflect both accuracy and strategic value.

Required Skills:
Extensive experience in construction or related industries with a proven track record in estimating large-scale projects
Strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite




Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Robust communication and leadership abilities to liaise effectively with clients and project teams
Sound understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or Primavera
Knowledge of sustainable or green building practices
Prior experience in project management or contract negotiation

Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry or a similar field

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Relevant certifications such as PEC or CMAA are a plus
