Customer Service Officer required to work in Delacombe Post Office in DTC.
What are we looking for;
Be customer focused, previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Available to work Monday to Friday, especially between the hours of 2pm to 5.30 pm.
Basic computer skills and effective typing
Be rapid, effective and accurate
Be a quicker learner as there is a lot of different services we provide and there is constant variety and new things to learn in this job.
Must be able to lift up to 16kg of parcel
