Mamamia is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team. You will lead net-current revenue by winning Direct clients and expanding our NSW Independent agency footprint, reporting to the Head of Independent & Direct, NSW.

Build the pipeline from scratch and drive outbound outreach to convert prospects into long-term partners. You’ll manage deals in CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure a solid client experience from initial contact through post-campaign
