What we’re looking for
Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar, restaurant or busy hospitality venue
Solid operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
A hands-on leadership style and passion for creating great guest experiences
Current Victorian RSA and any other qualifications required for the position
