About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person to join our team at Distribution and Display as a Junior Customer Service Representative.

This is an entry-level position, so no previous customer service experience is required. Full training will be provided — we’re more interested in finding someone who is willing to learn, communicates well, and has a positive attitude.

You’ll work closely with our customers and internal team to help coordinate printing and distribution jobs from enquiry through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assisting customers with their bookings and requests
Preparing quotes and sending information to customers
Entering and updating customer and job details
Coordinating jobs with our printing and distribution teams
Providing customers with updates on their jobs
Following up on jobs and ensuring deadlines are met
Assisting with general administration and office tasks
Learning about our printing and distribution services

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys talking to and helping people
Is confident communicating with customers




Is organised and pays attention to detail
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
Is reliable, responsible and willing to learn
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Isn't afraid to ask questions and take initiative

No previous experience is required. Whether you're a recent school leaver, graduate, or simply looking to start your career in customer service, we’re happy to train the right person.
