About the Role

As an Afternoon / Night / Weekend Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting team members throughout your shift.

Opening and closing the store.

Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Managing stock presentation and maintaining high merchandising standards.

Overseeing store cleanliness, safety and compliance.

Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Supporting staff training and development.





Managing busy trading periods and ensuring smooth store operations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous supermarket or retail management experience.

Demonstrates solid leadership and communication skills.

Can confidently lead a team and make decisions under pressure.

Is organised, reliable and customer-focused.

Has excellent problem-solving skills.

Is available to work afternoons, nights and weekends.

Has a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
