About the Role

We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Working alongside our room leaders and educators, you will help deliver engaging daily routines and play-based learning activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate educational programs and daily care routines.
Foster a safe, inclusive, warm, and stimulating workplace for children.
Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.




Observe and record children’s developmental progress.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and health and safety policies.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications & Requirements):
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards one).
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates.
A genuine passion for early childhood development and a gentle, patient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
