DECJUBA is seeking a Design Manager to lead our Graphic Design team and shape the next evolution of our visual identity. This senior role combines brand design, campaign creative and hands-on execution across major customer touchpoints.

You will lead a team of four Graphic Designers, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on design, while collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Social, eCommerce and retail teams to ensure a cohesive DECJUBA look and feel.
