THE ROLE

We’re seeking experienced team members with:
Burger and flat top experience (essential)
Grill experience, including ribs
Experience in a quick-paced kitchen

Your responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking food to spec
Cooking smashburgers and managing the grill
Following recipes and presentation standards
Operating equipment safely
Maintaining hygiene, food safety and temperature records
Storing food correctly

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of kitchen experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work under pressure and within a team
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and flexible,



including evenings and weekends
High standards of hygiene and food presentation
